Well-being and Balance

My practice arises from the desire to integrate three dimensions that shape our human experience: body, mind, and emotional energy.
Each session aims to restore the dialogue between them in order to promote balance, awareness, and well-being.

Body: inhabiting through sensitivity

 

The body holds our entire story. Through somatic practice, I guide you to awaken sensitivity and reconnect with the systems that support it: skeletal, muscular, nervous, connective, visceral, etc.

We explore how to release restrictions in movement, how bodily relaxation directly influences the mental state, and how to recover a more conscious presence.

How we do it: through movement exercises, conscious touch (not massage), and guided meditations.

Mind: Understanding and Reprogramming

 

Much of our life patterns are driven by the subconscious, which stores 90% of the information behind our behavior.

We work through dialogue to identify the psychological origins of limiting beliefs, family patterns, and emotional blocks that shape our decisions and actions.

The purpose is to expand understanding and create space for new ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving.

How we do it: by exploring and healing the family tree, subconscious programs, and childhood wounds.

Energía emocional: sentir, escuchar y liberar

 

Emotions are energy in motion. When they do not find expression, they become stagnant in the body and generate tension or imbalance.

In this pillar, we cultivate inner listening and emotional regulation, allowing emotions to flow without repression or overwhelm.

How we do it: through somatic exercises, meditation, therapeutic writing, emotional release techniques, and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).

One-on-one online coaching

90-minute virtual sessions, where we create a close and supportive accompaniment through dialogue, as well as guided exercises and practices.

In-person one-on-one coaching

90-minute in-person sessions, in which, unlike virtual sessions, we can integrate the somatic approach more directly through body-based work.

In-person group workshops

In-person workshops are offered at different times throughout the year, creating spaces designed to build community and a support network, where collective work enhances individual growth.

Weekly meditative practices

60-minute weekly practices, where we will explore your mind and body in a meditative way. Available in both virtual and in-person formats.
